WHAT WE DO

We work closely with our clients to create a vision for their project and to develop appropriate design responses to address their needs.  In addition to developing spatial design solutions, we look comprehensively at the project including; programming of spaces, operational organization, and financial projections.

We assist in assembling a design team to best carry out a project.  We lead and manage this team from concept through construction insuring that the vision carries through all disciplines.  Specific design team members that we collaborate with include; interior design, landscape design, horticulture, lighting design, spa consultancy, aquatic design, as well as iron work, muralists, and sculptural artisans.

We collectively have over 25 years experience in the design of luxury resorts and spas.  Our work can be found at; The Broadmoor Hotel, The Greenbrier, Hotel Hershey, Kingsmill Resort, and Coeur d'Alene Resort.  Our solutions are appropriate to the specific property and are successful financially, being both on budget and meeting potential revenue projections.  The scale of our projects can range from an extensive Master Plan of a luxury resort property to the repositioning of an award-winning restaurant.

We approach environmental design from a regional perspective, looking at the specific building methods and systems that are best suited to its location.  In addition to material sustainability and energy conservation, we look at how the building is integrated into its surroundings.
